摘要
设计一种高精度HART智能温度变速器;采用的方法是建立非线性校正算法、温度漂移补偿算法、零点自动跟踪校正算法实现温度的高精度测量;通过搭建测试系统,反复测试验证,其测量精度优于0. 1%,达到预期目的;说明所采用的非线性校正、温度漂移补偿、零点漂移自动校正方法是正确的,也是有效的。
The purpose of this paper is to design a high-precision HART intelligent temperature transmission;the method is to establish a non-linear correction algorithm, temperature drift compensation algorithm, zero automatic tracking correction algorithm to achieve high-precision temperature measurement;by building a test system,repeated testing and verification,its measurement accuracy is better than 0. 1% , to achieve the desire, d purpose. It shows that the nonlinear correction, temperature drift compensation and zero drift automatic correction methods are correct and effective.
