多元化三位一体应急通信网络体系的构建 被引量:1

摘要 我国经常遭受自然灾害和地质灾害的侵袭,各种自然灾害给人们生活和社会公共财产带来了极大的损失。正因为此,与之相关的应急通信开始被越来越多的人关注。应急通信不仅仅是为了沟通,更重要的目标是要保障通信安全,因而是一种至关重要的通信技术。在发生严重灾害和开展规模比较大的活动时,往往要使用应急通信。本文从实际情况着手研究,分析了2014年8月3号发生的云南鲁旬地震和2008年5月12号发生的汶川大地震中应急通信的使用情况,对不同通信方式的优缺点进行了对比,提出建立多元化三位一体应急通信系统,同时对其组网模型和架构进行了研究。 China is often attacked by natural disasters and geological disasters, and a variety of natural disasters have brought great losses to people's lives and social and public property. Because of this, the related emergency communication has begun to be paid more and more attention. Emergency communication is not only for communication, but also the more important goal is to ensure communication security, so it is a vital communication technology. Emergency communication is often used when serious disasters and large scale activities are carried out. This paper starts from the actual situation of the study, analysis of the use of emergency communication in the August 3,2014 Wenchuan earthquake occurred in Yunnan earthquake and the late Lu occurred in May 12,2008, compares the advantages and disad- vantages of different methods of communication, proposed the establishment of a diversified three-in-one emergency communication system, the network model and structure.
