摘要
针对超特高压变压器结构复杂、绝缘强度分析困难的问题,提出了一种基于Maxwell3D软件的超特高压变压器绝缘强度分析方法。根据1 000 kV引线、高压线圈柱间连线以及高压线圈与中压线圈间的结构特点、绝缘特性,使用Maxwell 3D软件分别建立其电场模型,并仿真分析各模型的等位线分布和场强分布,获取各结构的最小绝缘裕度。实验结果表明,超特高压变压器使用不等距油隙分割方法具有较高的绝缘可靠性,且使用Maxwell 3D软件能有效建立超特高压变压器的绝缘模型并分析其特性。
Aiming at the problem that the structure of ultra-high voltage transformer is complex and the analysis of dielectric strength is difficult, a method for analyzing the dielectric strength of super UHV transformer based on Maxwell3D software is proposed. According to the structural characteristics and insulation characteristics between the 1000kV lead, the connection between the high voltage coil and the high voltage coil and the medium voltage coil, the electric field model was established using Maxwell 3D software, and the equipotential line distribution and field strength distribution of each model were simulated and analyzed. Get the minimum insulation margin for each structure. The experimental results show that the UHV transformer has a high insulation reliability using the unequal oil gap separation method, and the Maxwell 3 D software can effectively establish the insulation model of the super UHV transformer and analyze its characteristics.
