喉鳞状细胞癌中羧基末端调节蛋白的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of carboxyl-terminal regulatory protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

[目的]探讨喉鳞状细胞癌中羧基末端调节蛋白(CTMP)的表达情况及其临床意义.[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测38例喉鳞状细胞癌组织和10例癌旁组织中CTMP的表达情况.[结果]喉鳞状细胞癌中CTMP的阳性表达率为63.1%,明显高于癌旁组织中的20.0%(P<0.05).CTMP的表达与肿瘤临床分期和淋巴结转移有关联.[结论]CTMP在喉鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及转移过程中起重要作用.

OBJECTIVETo explore the expression and clinical significance of carboxyl-terminal regulatory protein（CTMP）in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.METHODSImmunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CTMP in 38 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of para-carcinoma tissue.RESULTS The positive rate of CTMP in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was 63.1%,which was significantly higher than 20.0%of para-carcinoma tissue（P〈0.05）.The expression of CTMP was related to clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis.CONCLUSION CTMP might play an important role in the development,progression and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
