25例晚期胃癌无进展生存期氟尿嘧啶衍生物维持治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation on maintenance treatment of fluorouracil derivatives in the progression-free survival of 25 patients with advanced gastric cancer

[背景]观察晚期胃癌无进展生存期氟尿嘧啶衍生物维持治疗的临床疗效.[病例报告]选择2014年1月—2015年10月间收治的50例晚期胃癌无进展生存期患者,分为对照组和观察组,每组各为25例.对照组依据患者意见接受观察治疗,观察组给予氟尿嘧啶衍生物替吉奥维持化疗,比较2组中位肿瘤进展时间及中位生存时间.与对照组比较,观察组中位肿瘤进展时间和中位生存时间均明显延长(P<0.05);观察组不良反应主要为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,未对治疗造成明显影响.[讨论]给予晚期胃癌无进展生存期患者氟尿嘧啶衍生物维持治疗可延长患者的生存期,且患者耐受性良好.

BACKGROUND To observe the clinical efficacy of maintenance treatment of fluorouracil derivatives in the progression-free survival of patients with advanced gastric cancer.CASE REPORTS 50 patients with advanced gastric cancer in progression-free survival were selected between January 2014 and October 2015,they were divided into control group and observation group,25 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were observed according to their will,and the patients in the observation group were treated with fluorouracil derivative tegafur.The median tumor progression time and median survival time were compared between the two groups.As compared with the control group,the median tumor progression time and median survival time were significantly lengthened in the observation group（P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions in the observation group were gradeⅠ-Ⅱand did not obviously affect the treatment.DISCUSSION Maintenance treatment of fluorouracil derivatives in the progression-free survival of patients with advanced gastric cancer might prolong the survival,and the treatment was well-tolerated.
