复方参皮酊剂的制备工艺研究

Study on the preparation technology of compound ginseng tincture

目的:确定复方参皮酊剂的制备工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计法,以总生物碱的含量为考查指标,对复方参皮酊剂醇提工艺进行优选;采用单因素考查,初步筛选酊剂制备工艺。结果:确定最佳提取工艺为以6倍量60%乙醇溶液加热回流提取2次,每次1.5h,合并提取液浓缩,干燥,取提取物,用适量60%乙醇溶解,加入甘油、月桂氮卓酮(提取物(g):甘油(mL):月桂氮卓酮(mL)=3:10:1),60%乙醇溶液定容,混匀,即得。结论:复方参皮酊剂的制备工艺合理可行。

Objective：To determine the preparation process of compound ginseng tincture.Methods：The orthogonal experimental design method was used to determine the total alkaloid content as the index.The alcohol extraction process of compound ginseng sputum was preferred.The single factor study was used to screen the preparation process of bismuth.Results：The optimal extraction process was determined by heating and refluxing 6 times 60% ethanol solution twice for 1.5 h each time.The combined extracts were concentrated,dried,and the extract was taken,dissolved in an appropriate amount of 60% ethanol,and glycerin and laurel nitrogen（extract（g）：glycerol（mL）：laurel azide（mL）=3：10：1）were added.Used 60% ethanol solution to volume,and mixed.Conclusion：The preparation process of compound ginseng elixirs is reasonable and feasible.
