The editorial skills of academic journal editors are not only the basic work of edito- rial business, but also the key factor to determine the quality of journal. So how to improve the quality of academic journal plays an important role in arousing the interest of teachers and students. The publishing of an article mainly includes five processes, which are revie- wing, editing, typesetting, proofreading and printing. Among them, editing and proofread- ing are crucial factors of journal publication. In order to improve the editorial quality of aca- demic journal, we seek for solutions in improving competency of editors, enforcing editorial staff construction, perfecting related management system and conforming to the trend of digital era.
