《辅行诀五脏用药法要》五脏针刺条文探析

《辅行诀五脏用药法要》一书初现于20世纪初,自问世即引起祖国医学界的关注。其中运用"天时五行"思想指导用药和组方的方法独树一帜,后世多有医家从药性、组方特点、脏腑相互联系等各个方面深入研究。其中辨五脏病症的针刺条文多源自《素问·藏气法时论》及《灵枢·五邪》,言辞简洁但内容丰富,其中所提到的腧穴有限,然各种手法齐用,形式多样,意义深厚,体现了五脏与其对应五腑在病因、病机上的相互影响,也体现了其经络循行和是动证的相互关系,能够指导针灸治疗,体现中医辨证论治的主旨。

Fu Xing Jue Wu Zang Yong Yao Fa Yao was originated in the early 20 thcentury and drawn the attention in the traditional medicine field since then. The thought as＂climatic factors and five elements＂is unique in the guidance of the herbal medicine application and composition. The medical scholars in the later generations conducted the study on it in terms of the property of herbal medicine,the composition characteristics and the interrelationship among zangfu organs. Of them,the provisions of acupuncture for five-zang disorders were mostly from Suwen： Zang Qi Fa Shi Lun and Lingshu： Wuxie. The descriptions are simple in language but clear and rich in content. It is recorded that the acupoints are limited,but the needling manipulations are enriched,indicating the interactions between five zang organs and the corresponding five fu organs in etiology and pathogenesis,as well as the interrelationship with the running of the meridians. It guides the acupuncture treatment,aiming to the syndrome differentiation in TCM.
