不同炮制方法对清半夏质量的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨不同炮制方法对清半夏有效成分含量的影响。方法选取清半夏药材适量,根据不同的炮制方法分为3组,A组采用传统清半夏炮制法,B组按照《中国药典》(2015版)中的炮制方法,C组采用《北京市中药饮片炮制规范》(2008版)中的炮制法,以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)将清半夏中的有效成分总游离酸、毒性成分草酸钙针晶及矾进行含量测定,比较不同炮制工艺对清半夏质量的差异。结果 B组中清半夏的总游离酸含量明显高于A、C两,草酸钙针晶含量和矾含量明显低于A组和C组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清半夏采用《中国药典》(2015版)中的炮制方法有效成分含量较高,毒性成分草酸钙针晶和矾含量较低,能够保证安全理想的治疗效果。 Objective To evaluate the effects of different processing methods on the content of the active ingredients of rhizome pinelliae preparata. Methods The rhizome pinelliae preparata was collected and divided into 3 groups according to the different processing methods. In A group,the traditional processing was adopted. In B group,the processing was given according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(edition 2015). In C group,the processing was based on Beijing Specification of Chinese Medicine Pieces(version 2008). HPLC was adopted to determine the active ingredient of rhizome pinelliae preparata,i. e. the total free acid,the toxic ingredient,calcium oxalate crystal and alum. The differences in the quality of rhizome pinelliae preparata were compared. Results The content of the total free acid in B group was obviously higher than A and C groups and the contents of calcium oxalate crystal and alum were lower than A and C group,indicating the significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion Using the processing method recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(edition2015),the active ingredient is high and the toxic ones,such as calcium oxalate crystal and alum are low in rhizome pinelliae preparata. It ensures the safe and satisfactory therapeutic effects.
