清胰化积方对中晚期胰腺癌患者生存期及细胞免疫功能的影响

Effects of qingyi huaji formula on the survival span and cellular immune function in the patients of advanced pancreatic cancer

目的清胰化积方对中晚期胰腺癌患者生存期及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取2013年9月-2015年5月66例中晚期胰腺癌患者,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组采用动脉灌注化疗或全身化疗联合适形放疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用清胰化积方治疗。统计治疗后两组疗效及不良反应,并随访两组患者生存情况,统计对比两组治疗前后卡氏功能量表(Karnofsky,KPS)评分、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、B淋巴细胞比例改善情况。结果治疗后观察组疾病控制率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后观察组CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组,且观察组B淋巴细胞比例低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后观察组KPS评分、中位生存期高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中晚期胰腺癌化疗患者采用清胰化积方治疗效果显著,可有效改善细胞免疫功能,延长患者生存期,且不良反应较少。

Objective To explore the effects of qingyi huaji formula on the survival span and cellular immune function in the patients of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods From September 2013 to May 2015,66 patients of advanced pancreatic cancer were collected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table,33 cases in each one. In the control group,the arterial infusion chemotherapy or combined with systemic chemotherapy was adopted. In the observation group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,qingyi huaji formula was applied. The efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment,the survival span in the follow-up visit,KPS score,T lymphocyte subsets（CD3^＋,CD3^＋CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋） and B lymphocyte ratio were compared and analyzed statistically in the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the disease control in the observation group was better than the control group,indicating the significant difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the levels of CD3^＋,CD3^＋CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋in the observation group were higher than the control group and the B lymphocyte ratio was lower than the control group（P〈0.05. KPS score,the median survival time was higher than the control group,indicating the significant differences（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of the adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than the control group,indicating the significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingyi huaji formula achieves the significant effects on advanced pancreatic cancer in the patients. It effectively improves the cellular immune function,prolongs the survival span and induces less adverse reactions in the patients.
