醒脑静注射液在老年脑血管性痴呆患者中的应用效果探究

Effects of xingnaojing injection on vascular dementia in the elderly

目的探究与观察醒脑静注射液在老年脑血管性痴呆患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年10月-2016年10月期间进行诊治的78例老年血管性痴呆患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组39例和观察组39例,对照组患者进行常规血管性痴呆治疗,观察组患者则在常规治疗的基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗。将两组患者治疗前后简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE量表)及日常生活能力量表(ADL量表)评估结果、血清认知功能相关指标、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF量表)进行分别统计与比较。结果治疗后两组患者MMSE量表及ADL量表评估结果、血清认知功能相关指标、WHOQOL-BREF量表评分均较本组治疗前明显改善,且观察组上述方面检测与评估结果显著好于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液在老年脑血管性痴呆患者中的应用效果较好,对患者认知功能障碍、生存能力及生活质量等多方面均有较好的改善作用。

Objective To explore and observe the effects of xingnaojing injection on vascular dementia in the elderly. Methods From October 2014 to October 2016,78 cases of senile vascular dementia treated in the hospital were collected as the subjects. According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,39 cases in each one. In the control group,the routine treatment was used. In the observation group,on the base of the routine treatment,xingnaojing injection was provided. Before and after treatment,the results in the evaluation with MMSE scale and ADL scale,relevant serum indexes of cognitive function,WHO QOL-BREF scale were compared statistically in the two groups. Results After treatment,the results in the evaluation with MMSE scale and ADL scale,relevant serum indexes of cognitive function and WHO QOL-BREF scale were all improved as compared with those before treatment in the two groups. The results in the observation group were better significantly than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xingnaojing injection achieves the good effects on vascular dementia in the elderly and is good at the improvements in the cognitive impairment,living ability and the quality of life in the patients.
