红外热断层成像技术(TTM)应用于患者康复调理前后的对比方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨红外热断层扫描技术(TTM)对患者康复调理前后的对比方法研究。方法选取半年来在我单位康复调理前后有显著改善的患者50例,进行红外热断层成像的前后对比研究。(1)固定区域的前后对照法:选定观察区域,对康复调理前后的热像图进行该区域平均温度值的数据对照(以下简称⊿T值);(2)自身左右对照法:选定观察区域,对比与身体对称位置区域平均温度值⊿T值,观察其数值变化;(3)自身的温度差值法:选定观察区域,与身体特定区域进行平均温度值⊿T值比较;以上研究同时对照患者不适部位的局部外观及主观感受的改善。结果特定区域的温度差值法,精确度高,抗干扰强,重复性好。结论 TTM技术应用于患者的康复调理前后效果评价,无创、直观、对比清晰。对于TTM设备配置不高、优秀专业测评人才匮乏的基层一线医疗机构及社会亚健康服务机构可以广泛推广应用。 Objective To explore the comparative method before and after rehabilitation with the infrared thermal tomography(TTM) in the patients. Methods A total of 50 patients with the significant improvements before and after rehabilitation were collected in half a year. TTM was used for the comparative research. 1. Comparative method before and after rehabilitation at the fixed region: selecting the zone for observation,the mean temperature value(⊿ T) in the images was compared before and after rehabilitation. 2. Bilateral comparison: selecting the zone for comparison,⊿ T value was compared with the symmetric zone of the body. The value change was observed. 3. Self-comparison of the temperature value difference: selecting the zone for observation,⊿ T value was compared with the specific zone of the body. Simultaneously,the improvements in the local appearance of the discomfort region and subjective feelings were compared. Results The temperature different value method at the specific zone is high in precision,strong in anti-interference and good in repeatability. Conclusion In the effect evaluation before and after rehabilitation,TTM technique is characterized as no invasion,directive imaging and clear comparison. It is recommendable extensively in the primary level medical institution and social subhealth service organization with the limited layout of TTM equipment and the insufficiency of qualified professional tester.
