宾赛克嗪对有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭的疗效及对心功能和氧化应激产物的影响 被引量:1

Effect of benthiactzine in the treatment of organophosphorus poisoning complicated with respiratory failure and its effects on cardiac function and oxidative stress products

摘要 目的探讨宾赛克嗪对有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者的疗效,及其对心功能和氧化应激产物的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2017年3月在我院接受治疗的有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者80例,根据其治疗方式分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予阿托品治疗,治疗组给予宾赛克嗪治疗(肌肉注射2.0 mg/kg),观察两组患者救治成功率,比较两组患者治疗前后心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、脑钠肽(BNP)]、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)]和肝肾功能指标[血尿素氮(BUN)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)]的差异。结果两组患者救治成功率(90.00%对77.50%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后的LVEF、SOD、GSH高于对照组,BNP、MDA、BUN、ALT、AST低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宾赛克嗪对有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者有较好的疗效,可明显改善患者的心功能和氧化应激产物水平,且对患者肝肾功能具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of benthiactzine in the treatment of organophosphorus poisoning with respiratory failure and its effects on cardiac function and oxidative stress products. Methods A total of 80 patients with organophosphorus poisoning accompanied by respiratory failure, who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017, were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the treatment methods. The control group was treated with atropine, and the treatment group was treated with benthiactzine(2.0 mg/kg, intramuscular injection). The treatment success rate in two groups was observed, and the difference of cardiac function index [left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)], oxidative stress index [superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione(GSH)], and liver and kidney function index [blood urea nitrogen(BUN), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST)] in both two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The treatment success rate between the two groups had no significant difference(90.00% vs 77.50%, P0.05). After treatment, the LVEF, SOD and GSH in treatment group were higher than those in control group, while the BNP, MDA, BUN, ALT and AST were lower than those in control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Benthiactzine has a good effect on the patients with organophosphorus poisoning accompanied by respiratory failure, which can obviously improve patient's cardiac function and oxidative stress products level, and has certain protective effect on the liver and kidney function as well.
