产妇出院准备度现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on the status quo and influencing factors of maternal discharge readiness

目的 :调查产妇出院准备度情况,并分析其影响因素,为提高产妇出院准备度提供理论依据。方法 :采用一般资料问卷、患者出院准备度问卷,对湖南省部分各级医院产科390例产妇进行调查。结果 :390例产妇出院准备度总分为(155.87±28.05)分。多元线性回归分析显示,参与孕妇学校学习情况、住院期间护士的健康教育情况、产妇的母乳量充足程度、婴儿的健康状态是产妇出院准备度的主要影响因素(P<0.05),可解释出院准备度51.5%的变异。结论:产妇出院准备度处于较高水平,但在对疾病知识的了解及自身状况的感知方面得分不理想。护理人员应结合相关影响因素,针对出院准备度中的薄弱环节采取相应的措施,进一步提高产妇的出院准备度水平。

Objective： To investigate and analysis the current maternal hospital discharge readiness and its influencing factors in hospitals in Hunan province, in order to improve maternal discharge readiness. Methods： Three hundred and ninety maternity patients were investigated with a general questionnaire and a discharge readiness questionnaire. Results： The total score of readiness was （155.87±28.05）. Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that studied in pregnant women school, received health education by nurses in hospital, plenty of maternal milk, and healthy baby were main influencing factors （P〈0.05）, which could explain 51.5% variation of the maternal hospital discharge readiness. Conclusion： The maternal discharge readiness in Hunan province was at a high level. But maternity patients＇ knowledge of disease and perception of their own health conditions were not ideal. Nurses should pay attention to these influencing factors and take relevant measures, in order to further improve the maternal hospital discharge readiness.
