Research progress on methods of identification of cancer symptom clusters

本文就癌症症状群的定义、理论基础、识别方法及识别中存在的难点和展望进行综述,提出我国癌症症状管理者及研究者应以成熟的理论作为基础,采用科学的症状群识别方法,从而探索出具有临床共识的症状群,促进未来临床实践中癌症症状的管理,真正减轻癌症患者的症状负担。

This article is a review of cancer symptom clusters, including the relevant concepts, theoretical basis, identification methods, as well as the deficiencies and prospects of the methods, proposing that nursing managers and researchers in China are supposed to explore and discover cancer symptom clusters with clinical census through mature theory as the basis and using scientific identification methods and to promote management of cancer symptoms in future clinical practice so as to truly relieve the symptom burden of cancer patients.
