摘要 胃肠运动功能受多种因素的影响,其中cajal间质细胞(interstitial cells of Cajal,ICC)是胃肠道运动的起搏细胞,控制胃肠运动。cajal间质细胞的数目、分化、增殖及其功能受到相关蛋白的影响,本文对cajal间质细胞相关蛋白与胃肠运动功能的关系作一综述。 The gastrointestinal motility is affected by many factors,among which interstitial cells of Cajal( ICC) are the pacemaker cells of gastrointestinal motility,controlling gastrointestinal motility. The number,differentiation,proliferation,and function of these cells are affected by related proteins. This article reviews the relationship between proteins of interstitial cells of cajal and gastrointestinal motility.
