探讨多轨教学模式在普外科临床见习带教中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多轨教学模式在普外科临床见习带教中的应用方法和应用效果。方法以自愿原则选择广西中医药大学2014级五年制中西医结合专业本科,2016—2017学年在本科见习的120名学生为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组60人,采取传统的教学方式进行见习带教,观察组60人,采取多轨教学模式进行见习带教,对比分析两组学员的临床见习带教效果。结果观察组学员的见习后理论及临床技能考核成绩和对临床见习带教的满意度均明显优于对照组学员(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在对普外科临床见习学员进行见习带教时,采取多轨教学模式能够取得更好的见习带教效果,学员的理论及临床技能成绩能够得到显著的提升,对于临床带教的满意度也非常高,多轨教学模式是一种理想的普外科临床见习带教模式,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the application method and application effect of multi-track teaching mode in the clinical practice of general surgery.Methods 120 students( grade 2014,five-year school system)from Guangxi university of Chinese medicine those who majored in combine traditional Chinese and western medicine were voluntarily enrolled in this study. The students were having their clinical noviciate in our department in 2016 to 2017 school year. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with60 people in each group. The students in control group adopted the traditional way of practice teaching,while the students in the observation group took a multi-track teaching mode to carry on the practice teaching. The noviciate teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of theory and clinical skills examination,and the satisfaction on clinical practice teaching of the observation group were significantly better than the control group( P〈0. 05),the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The application of multi-track teaching mode could achieve better practice teaching effect,students ' theory and clinical skills results can be significantly promoted,the students are highly satisfied to the clinical teaching,multi-track teaching mode is a kind of ideal teaching mode in clinical practice in general surgery department,has high clinical value.
