“三位一体”管理模式对维持性血液透析患者生存质量和服药依从性的影响

目的分析"三位一体"管理模式对维持性血液透析患者生存质量及服药依从性的影响。方法选取2015年4月—2017年3月收治的102例维持性血液透析患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实行"三位一体"管理模式。对比两组护理前、后生存质量及服药依从性。结果两组护理前生存质量得分无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组护理后生存质量得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组服药依从性优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "三位一体"管理模式能有效的改善维持性血液透析患者的生存质量及服药依从性。

Objective To analyze the effect of the＂trinity＂management model on the quality of life and medication compliance of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 102 maintenance hemodialysis patients those who hospitalized in our hospital during April 2015 and March 2017 were selected and they were randomized into observation and control groups,with 51 patients in each group. The control group was given routine care,and the observation group implemented the ＂three-in-one ＂management model on the basis of routine care. The quality of life and medication compliance of two groups before and after care were compared.Results There was no significant difference in pre-care quality of life scores between the two groups（ P〉0.05）.The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after the nursing intervention（ P〈0. 05）. The excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusions The ＂trinity＂management model can effectively improve the quality of life and medication compliance of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
