脐疗对原发性痛经患者血清雌二醇、孕酮含量的影响

The effect of umbilical therapy on estradiol and progesterone of primary dysmenorrhea patients

目的研究隔药灸脐法对原发性痛经患者血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)含量的影响,探讨其治疗原发性痛经(PD)的疗效及机制。方法将原发性痛经患者50例随机分成隔药灸组和隔淀粉灸组,每组25例。无痛经症状者25例作为对照组。治疗3个月经周期后,比较原发性痛经患者治疗前后E2、P的变化,并比较各组疗效。结果三组治疗前,E2、P水平比较,P均>0.05;治疗后,隔药灸组和与隔淀粉组E2、P水平变化比较,P均<0.05;隔药灸组与对照组E2、P水平变化比较,P均<0.05。隔药灸组与隔淀粉组疗效比较,P>0.05;隔药灸组与对照组疗效比较,P<0.05;淀粉组与对照组疗效比较,P<0.001。结论隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,远期效果好,其机制可能与降低患者E2升高P水平有关。

Objective From the perspective of reproductive endocrine the study explores the effect of umbilical therapy on estradiol（E2） and progesterone（P） of primary dysmenorrhea patients and explore the efficacy and mechanism of umbilical therapy in the treatment. Methods 50 cases of primary dysmenorrhea patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group with 25 cases. 25 cases without dysmenorrhea symptoms were in the control group. After three menstrual cycles＇ treatment, the changes of E2 and P were compared between the two groups before and after treatment and their efficacy was also compared. Results The comparison of E2 and P among the three groups before the treatment were P〉0.05.After the treatment, the comparison of E2 and P between the herbal-separated moxibustion group and the starch-separated moxibustion group were P〈0.05; the comparison of those between the herbal-separated moxibustion group and the control group were P〈0.05. As for the efficacy, the comparison between the herbal-separated moxibustion group and the starch-separated moxibustion group were P〉0.05; the comparison between the herbal-separated moxibustion group and the control group were P〈0.05; the comparison between the starch-separated moxibustion group and the control group were P〈0.0001.Conclusion The herb-separated moxibustion is obviously effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and its mechanism is related to lowering E2 level and rising P level.
