摘要
基于历次食品安全事件的反思,发现"信息不对称"是导致食品安全事件频发的深层次原因,论文以食品安全规制中各利益主体为分析框架,对食品安全规制中规制者、被规制者、社会组织、消费者之间的"信息不对称"进行深入研究,提出建立政府食品信息公开机制、食品行业信用评价机制、第三方参与评估机制、消费者维权保障机制与知情者举报激励机制,力求构建食品安全市场化社会化监督机制。
Based on the reflection of the food safety incidents, "information asymmetry" is a frequent cause of food safety incidents deep -seated reasons to participate in the main research framework for the regulation of food safety regulators, regulators, consumers, social organization the "information asymmetry" systems analysis, proposed an open mechanism to establish a government food information, food industry credit rating mechanisms, third party involved in the assessment mechanism, consumer rights protection mechanisms and insiders to report incentives, and strive to fundamentally curb food safety outbreak.
