鹰嘴豆膳食纤维对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究鹰嘴豆膳食纤维对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法将高脂血症模型SD大鼠随机分为高脂模型组,鹰嘴豆膳食纤维高(30 g/kg高脂饲料)、中(15 g/kg高脂饲料)和低(5 g/kg高脂饲料)3个剂量组,高脂模型组以高脂饲料饲养,干预组分别以不同剂量的含有鹰嘴豆膳食纤维的高脂饲料饲养,干预7 w后,处理动物,分析比较鹰嘴豆膳食纤维各剂量组对各组大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平的影响。结果与高脂模型组相比,鹰嘴豆膳食纤维各剂量组均能降低TC(F=8.169),TG(F=5.970)和LDL-C(F=11.850)水平,且升高HDL-C(F=9.398)水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中各组TG和LDL-C值降低呈现剂量依赖关系,并以鹰嘴豆膳食纤维高剂量组效果最为显著(P<0.01),HDL-C值升高也呈剂量依赖关系,各组TC值虽显著降低,但以中剂量组效果最为明显。结论鹰嘴豆膳食纤维可以调节高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平。 Objective To investigate the influence of dietary fiber of chickpea on blood lipid of SD rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods The SD rats with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into high fat model group and 3 intervention groups with high dietary fiber(30 g/kg high-fat diet), middle dietary fiber(15 g/kg high-fat diet) and low dietary fiber(5 g/kg high-fat diet). The SD rats were fed on high-fat diet in high-fat model group and on high-fat diet filling with different dosages of dietary fiber for 7 weeks in different intervention groups, then the levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) of rats in each intervention group were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the high-fat model group, the levels of TC(F=8.169), TG(F=5.970), LDL-C(F=11.850) of the rats decreased and HDL-C(F=9.398) increased in 3 intervention groups with statistical difference(P〈0.05).The values of TG and LDL-C decreased as dose-dependence, and the effect in high dietary fiber group was the most significant(P〈0.01). The HDL-C value increased also as dose-dependence. The value of TC of the rats in all groups decreased significantly, but the effect was the most significant in the middle dietary fiber group. Conclusions The dietary fiber of chickpea has the effect of adjusting blood lipid of rats with hyperlipidemia.
