摘要
目的了解甘肃省合作市人群包虫病流行现状,为制定包虫病防治策略提供参考。方法选择合作市纯牧区佐盖多玛乡和半农半牧区佐盖曼玛乡为调查点,每乡调查2岁以上人群2 000人,对每位调查对象均进行腹部B超检查和采集血液,用囊型/泡型包虫病抗体检测试剂盒检测特异性抗体。结果共调查4 000人,囊型包虫病特异抗体阳性者126人、阳性率3.15%,其中囊型包虫病病人7例,均检出包虫病特异性抗体;包虫病抗体阳性率佐盖多玛乡(3.50%,70/2 000)佐盖曼玛乡(2.80%,56/2 000)差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.61,P>0.05),男(2.86%,49/1 712)女(3.37%,77/2 288)性别差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.81,P>0.05),60岁~年龄组最高(5.18%,43/830)、10岁~组最低(1.05%,5/476),差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.39,P<0.05)。结论合作市主要为囊型包虫病流行、感染率较低,为囊型包虫病低流行区。
Objective To understand the prevalence of echinococcosis in Hezuo city of Gansu province, and provide reference for formulating strategies of echinococcosis prevention and control. Methods The pasture township of Zuogaiduoma and the semi pastoral township of Zuogaimanma were selected as the investigation field, 2 000 people over 2 years old were selected in each township. B ultrasonography for abdoman and blood samples were taken in all subjects. The specific antibodies of cystic and alveolar echinococcosis were detected with test kits. Results There were 126 subjects detected positive specific antibody of cystic echinococcosis with the positive rate of 3.15% in all 4 000 subjects including 7 cases with cystic echinococcosis and the specific antibodies of echinococcosis were tested in their blood samples. The positive rate of echinococcosis antibody was 3.50%(70/2 000) and 2.80%(56/2 000) in Zuogaiduoma and Zuogaimanma respectively, without statistical difference(χ2=1.61, P〉0.05); 2.86%(49/1 712) and 3.37%(77/2 288) in the male and female without statistical difference(χ2=0.81, P〉0.05); and the highest in the age group over 60 years(5.18%, 43/830) and the lowest in the age group of10-19 years(1.05%, 5/476) with statistical difference(χ2=30.39, P〈0.05). Conclusions The prevalence of cystic echinococcosis mainly in Hezuo city, the epidemic is low with low infection rate.
