麻风病人生存质量影响因素的研究进展

Progress of researches of factors influencing quality of life in leprosy patients

目的综述麻风病人生存质量影响因素的研究进展。方法归纳和总结近几年国内外相关文献。结果麻风病人个体相关因素,例如性别、年龄、文化程度、经济收入和病人的疾病状态;疾病相关影响因素,例如麻风型别、麻风诊断期延迟、麻风反应、神经病理性疼痛、畸残;社会相关影响因素,例如社会保障服务、社会歧视、社会支持等对麻风病人的生存质量会产生影响。结论为了提高麻风病人的生存质量,需要从个体、麻风病和社会三方面进行综合评价,以便制定科学、合理和个性化的干预方案。

Objective To review the researches of risk factors influencing the quality of life in leprosy patients and describe their progress. Methods The related literatures at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed and summarized. Results The factors influencing the quality of life of leprosy patients were respectively personal factors（sex, age, education background, economic income and the state of illness）, factors of disease（type of leprosy, diagnostic delay, reaction of leprosy, neuropathic pain and disability）, social factors（social security service, social discrimination and social support）. Conclusions In order to improve the quality of life of leprosy patients, the comprehensive assessment should be conducted in three aspects of individual, leprosy and society to develop scientific, reasonable and individualized intervention plan.
