摘要
创业企业间的协同创新关系主要来自于对社会网络的优化应用,社会网络的结构特征对知识转移和创新项目合作产生重要作用。本文从地理邻近性和认知邻近性两项结构特征视角,以54家小微时尚创业企业2011-2013年合作项目数据为样本,构建关系演化的随机效用模型,运用搭载于R软件之上的SIENA统计分析工具,以网络密度为控制变量,研究地理邻近性和认知邻近性对协同创新关系构建的影响。实证结果表明,地理邻近性对协同创新关系有显著正向影响;认知邻近性对协同创新关系呈显著负向影响,而网络密度越高,建立关系的成本越大。说明创业企业应在以流动性为核心特征的网络中,以地理空间邻近为基础,偏好与具有知识差异的企业伙伴形成协同创新关系。
The synergetic innovation relationship among entrepreneurial firms is from the application of social network,the structure characteristics of which play an important role on knowledge transfer and cooperation of innovation projects. This study selects the data of 54 micro-entrepreneurial firms in fashion industry from 2011 to 2013 of cooperative projects as sample. Through constructing stochastic effectiveness model of relationship evolution and by means of SIENA statistically analytical tool which is installed on the R-software,the core researching question about the influence of geographical proximity and cognitive proximity to building of synergetic innovation relation has been explored with network density as a control variable. The outcome shows that there is a positive correlation between geographical proximity and synergetic innovation. Meanwhile,it shows a negative correlation between recognition proximity and synergetic innovation network. However,the higher the density of the network is,the higher opportunity cost will be for new relationship construction. It shows that entrepreneurial firms prefer to cooperate with the partner who has a different knowledge background based on the geographical proximity in the dynamic atmosphere of the network.
