摘要
目的:通过文献计量分析,了解护理专业学位硕士研究生的学位论文研究热点及发展趋势。方法:通过万方、知网等数据库检索护理专业学位硕士研究生的学位论文,使用bicomb软件和g CLUTO1. 0软件对关键词进行词频分析和双向聚类分析。结果:共纳入297篇硕士学位论文,获得高频关键词43个,聚类效果最佳的是气管插管及PICC研究、护理教育相关研究、自我管理和延续性护理等3个类别。结论:我国护理专业学位硕士研究生的学位论文选题方向以临床护理为主;研究设计以非实验性研究为主,量性研究与质性研究相结合的混合设计比例较高;气管插管及PICC相关研究、护理教育相关研究、自我管理和延续性护理在健康促进方面的应用研究是我国护理专业学位硕士研究生学位论文研究的热点。
Objective To analyze hot spots and predict the trends of master of nursing specialists＇ theses by bibliometric analysis. Methods Retrieving master of nursing specialists＇ theses from China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI） and Wanfang databases. The bicomb was used for frequency analysis of keywords, and bi -clustering analysis was carried out by using gCLU- TO1.0 software. Results Total 297 theses were included, and 43 high - frequency keywords were gotten. Master of nursing specialists＇ research concentrated on three aspects, including tracheal intubation and PICC research, nursing education research, the role of self - management and transitional care in health promotion. Conclusion The main topic of master of nursing specialists＇ thesis was clinical nursing. The research design was dominated by non - experimental research, while the mixed design combination of quantitative research and qualitative research had high proportion of research design. The research hot spot were tracheal intubation and PICC research, nursing education research, and the role of self - management and transitional care in health promotion.
