Composition, working principle and functions of testing system for die casting machine performance parameters have been introduced. Die locking force, injection speed, injection pressure, time for buildup pressure, etc for various die casting machines can be tested by the testing system being composed of microcomputer and special sensors. Testing data and curves can be displayed on the colour screen. And the testing results can be put out and printed or memorized into the diskettes.
