摘要
目的开展饮用水中亚硝酸盐现场快速检测方法学实验,应用便携式分光光度计及配套试剂包开展检测,并评价方法效果。方法采用便携式分光光度计测定吸光度值,绘制内置标准曲线,实现生活饮用水中亚硝酸盐浓度现场快速直读。结果本方法线性范围0.010~0.300 mg/L,r>0.999 0,检出限和最低检出浓度分别为0.015 mg/L和0.060 mg/L。用生活饮用水水样进行精密度实验,相对标准偏差为0.00%~7.04%。分别用低、中、高3个浓度亚硝酸盐氮标准溶液(浓度分别为0.020、0.100、0.200 mg/L)进行加标回收实验,回收率为84.0%~110.0%。结论该现场快速检测方法准确、简便和快速,适用于饮用水中亚硝酸盐的现场检测。
[Objective]To carry out fast-field detection methodology experiment of nitrite in drinking water, to apply portable spectrophotometer and auxiliary reagent package for testing, and evaluate method effect.[Methods] The portable spectrophotometer was used in this study,internal standard curve was drawn, concentration could be read directly in drinking water. [Results] The linear range of the method was 0.010-0.300 mg/L, r0.999 0, and the detection limit and minimum detection concentration were 0.015 mg/L and 0.060 mg/L. The precision test of drinking water sample was carried out, the relative standard deviation was 0.00%-7.04%. Standard solutions with low, medium and high concentrations of nitrite nitrogen(concentration: 0.020, 0.100, and 0.200 mg/L) were used to carry out label recovery experiments, and the recovery rate was 84.0%-110.0%. [Conclusion] This method is accurate, simple and fast, and is suitable for the detection of nitrite in drinking water.
