2011—2016年成都市双流区57株人源沙门菌特征分析 被引量:2

Characteristic analysis of 57 Salmonella strains isolated from human in Shuangliu District of Chengdu City from 2011-2016

摘要 目的了解和掌握成都市双流区人源沙门菌血清型和耐药谱及部分血清型的脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子型别,为沙门菌病的防控和临床用药提供数据基础。方法参照4789.4-2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》和WS 271-2007《感染性腹泻诊断标准》对从业人员肛拭样品和腹泻患者粪便样品进行分离培养、血清学鉴定、生化及药敏鉴定,并对其中血清型最多的德尔卑沙门菌进行PFGE分子分型,用BioNumerics 6.0软件对电泳图谱分析。结果 57株沙门菌,共23种血清型,血清型前3位是德尔卑沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌和肠炎沙门菌。所测18种抗生素中,对复方新诺明耐药率最高(91.23%),对氨曲南、头孢曲松、头孢他啶、头孢噻肟的敏感率均为100%,对其他抗生素均有不同程度的耐药,多重耐药最高为四重。11株德尔卑沙门菌分为4个PFGE型,相似度在81.1%~97.3%之间。结论成都市双流区沙门菌血清型种类较多,呈多样化的特点;农业、畜牧和卫生等各相关部门应更加合理规范使用抗生素;应加强对分子分型技术的储备和应用,以更好地为食源性疾病的早期预警和处置提供技术支持。 [Objective] To understand and master the serotype and drug resistance of human salmonella in Shuangliu District of Chengdu, and the PFGE molecular types of some serotypes, and provide a data base for the prevention and control of salmonella disease and clinical medication. [Methods] According to the "National Food Safety Standard Food Microbiology Detection Salmonella Test"(4789.4-2010) and "Diagnostic Criteria for Infectious Diarrhea"(WS 271-2007), separation culture, serological identification, biochemical identification and drug sensitivity identification of anal swab samples and stool samples of patients with diarrhea were conducted. In addition, the most serotypes of the Salmonella Derby were performed PFGE molecular subtyping, and the electrophoretic spectrum was analyzed by BioNumerics 6.0 software. [Results] There were 57 strains in 23 serotypes, and the top 3 serotypes were S.derby, S. typhimurium and S.enteritidis. Of the 18 antibiotics tested the highest drugresistance rate was 91.23%(Trimeth/Sulfa), and the sensitivity rates to amitranum, ceftriaxone, ceftazidime and cefotaxime were 100%. There were varying degrees of resistance to other antibiotics, with multiple resistance up to four. There are 4 PFGE types in the S.derby strains, and their similarity was between 81.1%-97.3%. [Conclusion] The serotypes of salmonella strains isolated from Chengdu Shuangliu District are diversity, and the relevant departments of agriculture, animal husbandry and health should use antibiotics more rationally. It is necessary to strengthen the storage and application of molecular typing technology, in order to better provide data support for the early warning and disposal of food-borne diseases.
