摘要
目的分析2015—2017年南通市市区食源性疾病人群诺如病毒检测结果,了解诺如病毒感染流行特征,减少因诺如病毒引起的食源性疾病的发生。方法收集市区3家哨点医院的病例信息,采集病例标本进行诺如病毒检测。结果共采集病例信息和粪便标本1 235例,检测出诺如病毒阳性病例54例,其中GⅠ型10例,GⅡ44例,食源性疾病患者诺如病毒总的感染率为4.4%;2、3和4月病毒阳性率较高,分别为11.9%、18.0%和9.2%;男女性别之间和不同年龄段之间诺如病毒阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.075,3.296,均P>0.05);民工、医务人员和教师这部分人群诺如病毒感染率较高,检出率分别为19.4%和18.8%;诺如病毒感染临床症状以腹泻和呕吐为主;可疑食物暴露主要是水产动物及其制品,占31.8%。结论初步了解南通市市区2015—2017年食源性疾病患者中诺如病毒的感染现状及流行病学特征,为今后有针对性的采取有效的预防控制措施提供参考依据。
[Objective]To analyze the detection results of Norovirus among patients with food-borne diseases in Nantong City, to understand the epidemiological characteristics of Norovirus infection,and reduce the occurrence of food-borne diseases caused by Noruvirus infection. [Methods] The case information of 3 sentinel hospitals in the urban area was collected and the specimens of foodborne diseases were obtained for norovirus detection. [Results] A total of 1 235 cases' information and stool samples were collected. 54 cases were norovirus positive, among which 10 cases were G Ⅰ type, 44 cases were G Ⅱ type. The total infection rate of norovirus among foodborne patients was 4.4%. On February, March, April,the positive rate of virus in was 11.9%, 18.0%and 9.2% respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of Norovirus between genders and different age groups(χ^2=0.075,3.296, P 〉0.05). The virus infection rate was higher among peasants, medical workers and teachers, with the detection rates of 19.4% and 18.8%, respectively. The clinical symptoms of Norovirus infection were mainly diarrhea and vomiting. Suspected food exposure was mainly aquatic animals and their products, accounting for 31.8%.[Conclusion] The preliminary understand of the infection status and epidemiological characteristics of norovirus among the patients with food-borne diseases in the urban areas of Nantong from 2015-2017 can provide reference basis for taking effective prevention and control measures in the future.
