临床输血对肿瘤患者治疗的效果探讨

Effect of clinical transfusion on treatment of tumor patients

目的探讨输血在肿瘤患者临床治疗过程中所发挥的效果。方法随机选取100例临床肿瘤患者,分为两组,分别为:实验组(给予一般治疗加输血治疗)和对照组(给予一般治疗),治疗后检测血红蛋白(Hb),计算其恢复率,给予疗效评价。结果实验组患者经输血治疗后有效为42例(84%),对照组经过一般治疗后,有效为28例(56%);经统计学分析,实验组患者输血治疗后在整个治疗肿瘤过程中效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论肿瘤患者给予正确输血治疗后可以有效提高患者的Hb恢复率,提高了患者的临床治疗效果,延长患者的生存时间。

Objective To explore the effect of blood transfusion in the treatment of patients with malignant tumor.Methods Totally 100 patients with tumor were randomly selected and divided into two groups： the experimental group（ general treatment plus blood transfusion） and the control group（ general treatment）. After the treatment,the Hb was detected,and the recovery rate was calculated and the curative effect was evaluated. Results Totally 42 cases（ 84%）were effective after blood transfusion in the experimental group,and 28 cases（ 56%） were effective after general treatment in the control group. The experimental group were significantly better than the control group in the whole treatment process after blood transfusion treatment（ P〈 0. 05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion After the right blood transfusion treatment,the tumor patients can effectively improve the recovery rate of Hb,improve the clinical treatment effect and prolong the survival time.
