不同时间窗和疗程高压氧对急性脑梗死疗效的影响观察

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy with different time windows on duration of acute cerebral infarction

目的总结不同时间窗与疗程高压氧对急性脑梗死疗效的影响。方法对105例急性脑梗死患者临床资料展开回顾性分析,依据发病到接受高压氧治疗时间不同分为7组,均行神经内科常规治疗;本组病例均于治疗后检测患者神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)与脑电图,对比各组检查表现。结果Ⅱ组治疗后NIHSS评分与脑电图分级明显优于其他组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死同疗程高压氧治疗中,治疗时间越早,收益越高;在同时间窗中,疗程越长,收益越高;其中以发病后12 h内介入治疗,疗程方面应重视患者临床表现,对于无法获得及时治疗者,应适当延长足够的疗程。

Objective The effects of different time windows and duration of hyperbaric oxygen on the curative effect of acute cerebral infarction were summarized. Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with acute cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed. According to the time from onset to hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the data were divided into seven groups,all underwent routine neurological treatment. The patients were tested after treatment of patients with neurological deficit score（ NIHSS） and electroencephalogram,compared the performance of each group. Results The NIHSS score and EEG grading of group Ⅱ were significantly better than those of other groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In summary,in the same course of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of acute cerebral infarction,the treatment time is earlier,the higher the income; In the same time window,the longer course of treatment,the higher the income.
