缬沙坦联合比索洛尔对射血分数正常心力衰竭患者心功能指标及心肌重构的影响

Effects of valsartan combined with bisoprolol on the cardiac function indexes and myocardial remodeling in heart failure patients with normal ejection fraction

目的:探讨缬沙坦联合比索洛尔对射血分数正常心力衰竭(HFNEF)患者心功能指标及心肌重构的影响。方法:选择我院收治的射血分数正常心力衰竭患者60例,按照随机数字法分为两组,每组30例,对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加富马酸比索洛尔片联合治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组心功能、LVEF、BNP明显优于治疗前和对照组治疗后,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗射血分数正常心力衰竭患者,能有效改善心功能和心肌重构。

Objective： To investigate the effects of valsartan combined with bisoprolol on the cardiac function indexes and myocardial remodeling in heart failure patients with normal ejection fraction（HFNEF）. Methods： 60 HFNEF patients treated in our hospital were randomized into two groups with 30 patients in each group. Patients in control group received routine treatment,while those in the treatment group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate on the basis of routine therapy. Then the clinical effects between both groups were compared. Results： After treatment,the heart function,LVEF and BNP of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group before and after treatment,which were of statistical significances（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of valsartan with bisolol in thetreatment of HFNEF patients can effectively improve the cardiac functions and myocardial remodeling in patients.
