中西医结合治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血液流变学的影响

Effects of the treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicines on neurological function and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取柘城县人民医院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用注射用奥扎格雷钠治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用补阳还五汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、神经功能及血液流变学改变。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,NIHSS、HBV、LBV及FIB水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗可有效提升急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效,改善神经功能及血液流变学。

Objective： To investigate the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on neurological function and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 98 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with sodium ozagrel injection; while the others in the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of sodium ozagrel injection. The clinical efficacy,neurological function and hemorheology of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of NIHSS,HBV,LBV,and FIB were lower than those in the control group,which were of statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve their neurological functions and hemorheology.
