伤口分泌物分离的大肠埃希菌耐药性分析

摘要 目的:分析从伤口分泌物中分离的大肠埃希菌的耐药特点,以指导临床合理用药。方法:回顾性分析我院送检的伤口分泌物中分离的大肠埃希菌的耐药状况。结果:138株大肠埃希菌对阿莫西林的耐药率最高(87.0%),其次为头孢呋辛(82.6%)和头孢噻吩(80.4%);对美罗培南(1.4%)和亚胺培南(2.2%)的耐药率较低。结论:伤口分泌物中分离的大肠埃希菌多重耐药日趋严重,临床应加强抗生素的合理使用,以防止多重耐药株和泛耐药株的传播。 Objective: To analyze the antibiotic resistance of escherichia coli isolated from wound secretions in order to offer guidance to clinical rational drug use. Methods: The drug resistance of E. coli isolated from the wound secretions in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The resistance rate to amoxicillin was highest in 138 strains of E. coli(87.0%),followed by cefuroxime(82.6%) and cefalotin(80.4%),and the resistance rate to meropenem(1.4%) and imipenem(2.2%) was lower. Conclusion:The multi-drug resistance of E. coli isolated from wound secretions is becoming more and more serious. So,the rational use of antibiotics should be strengthened in order to prevent the spread of multi-resistant strains and pan-resistant strains.
