中药辅助LEEP刀治疗重度宫颈炎疗效分析

Clinical analysis on the treatment of severe cervicitis with traditional Chinese medicine assisted LEEP knife

目的:探讨中药辅助高频电波刀(LEEP)对重度宫颈炎治疗的疗效分析。方法:回顾分析运用中药辅助高频电波刀(LEEP)治疗并获得回访的重度宫颈炎患者53例的临床资料,诸病例均行了LEEP刀治疗,并术前和术后内服中药与术后3周外用宫颈散填塞治疗。结果:随访6个月后,治愈35例,好转16例,复发2例。结论:中药辅助高频电波刀(LEEP)治疗重度宫颈炎效果好、复发率低。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine assisted high frequency electric knife（LEEP） on patients with severe cervicitis. Methods： Clinical data of 53 patients with severe cervicitis underwent traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary LEEP（LEEP） treatment and followed-up were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received LEEP treatment, preoperative and postoperative oral administration of Chinese medicine and topical powder packing in the treatment of cervical 3 weeks after operation. Results： After 6 months of follow-up,34 cases were cured,17 cases improved,and 2 cases relapsed. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine assisted LEEP knife is an ideal treatment for patients with severe cervicitis,and it can reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
