肺结核合并艾滋病的放射影像诊断技术研究

Radiographic diagnosis of tuberculosis complicated by AIDS

目的:探讨肺结核合并艾滋病的放射影像诊断技术。方法:选取50例肺结核合并艾滋病患者作为研究对象,对患者进行X线检查以及实验室检查。结果:其中10例为血型播散型肺结核患者,12例为原发性肺结核,16例肺部边缘模糊,呈现斑块阴影,为浸润性肺炎,并且12例存在胸腔积液,两侧的阴影密度较为均匀。结论:肺结核合并艾滋病患者在诊断过程中对放射影像进行应用的效果十分显著,不仅能够有效地帮助患者明确影像学中的表现,还能够为医生提供治疗的依据,方便结合患者的实际情况选取合适的治疗方法。

Objective： To investigate the radiographic diagnostic technique of patients with tuberculosis（TB） complicated by AIDS. Methods： 50 TB patients complicated by AIDS were selected as the subjects.X-ray examination and laboratory examination were performed on the above patients. Results： Among them,10 cases were blood-type disseminated TB,12 cases were primary TB,16 cases were invasive pneumonia with vague pulmonary margin and plaque shadow,and 12 cases had pleural effusion with more uniform shadow density on both sides. Conclusion： The application of radiographic images to the diagnosis of TB patients complicated by AIDS is very significant. It can not only effectively help doctors to identify the imaging manifestations of patients,but also provide the basis for treatment. Besides,it will facilitate doctors to select the appropriate treatment methods based on the patients＇ actual situations.
