经腹与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫外孕的对比观察

Diagnostic values of transabdominal and transvaginal colordoppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨经腹与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫外孕的诊断价值。方法:选取本院被诊断为宫外孕的患者60例作为研究对象,患者均予以经腹与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断,以患者盆腔子宫声像为诊断标准,比较两种超声检查方法的临床诊断准确率和灵敏度。结果:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检验,经过输卵管切除手术验证,阳性55例,假阳性3例,假阴性1例,阴性1例;经腹超声诊断,其中,阳性47例,假阳性6例,假阴性5例,阴性2例,两种方法的准确性、特异性均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫外孕位的临床价值优于经腹超声的诊断方法。

Objective： To probe into the diagnostic value of transabdominal and transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： 60 cases of patients diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and all patients were diagnosed by transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. Then,the pelvic uterine sound image was used as the diagnostic criteria,and the clinical diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of two methods were compared. Results：Through the transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination and confirmed by tubal excision procedure,the results showed that 55 cases were positive,3 were false positive,1 were false negative,and 1 were negative; while through the abdominal ultrasound diagnosis, the results showed that 47 cases were positive,6 cases were false positive,5 cases were false negative and 2 cases were negative. The accuracy and specificity of the two methods were statistically different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of extrauterine pregnancy are better than that of the transabdominal ultrasound examination.
