后三角优先入路在急性结石性胆囊炎LC术中的临床效果观察

The clinical observasion of laparoscopic cholecystectomy using the technique of anatomy posterior triangle first for serious patients with acute gallstone cholecystitis

目的探讨采用后三角优先入路解剖胆囊三角在急性结石性胆囊炎腹腔镜下胆囊切除术(LC术)中的安全性及疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2014. 1～2017. 9急性结石性胆囊炎急诊行LC术共36例。其中采用后三角优先入路解剖胆囊三角Lc治疗17例急性结石性胆囊炎记为实验组,19例行常规Lc术急性结石性胆囊炎记为对照组。结果所有36例患者均顺利完成手术,未中转开腹。两组患者的年龄、性别、术后住院日统计学差异(P> 0. 05),无统计学意义。两组患者手术时间和术中出血量统计学差异(P <0. 05)实验组明显低于对照组。结论采用后三角优先入路解剖胆囊三角Lc术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎安全可靠,值得临床采用。

Objective To investigate the safety of using the technique of anatomy posterior triangle first for serious patients with acute gallstone cholecystitis. Methods The clinical data of 36 serious patients with acute gallstone cholecystitis were analyzed retrospectively. From January 2014 to September 2017,17 patients using the technique of anatomy posterior triangle first which served as the study group. 19 patients who underwent conventional LC were used as the control group. Results All 36 patients underwent LC successfully. There was no conversion to open surgery. There were no significant differences between the two groups（ P 〉 O. 05 ） in age, sex,mean hospitalization days. The operative blood loss and operation time in the study group was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） significantly. Conclusions It was a feasible, simple and safe technique of using the anatomy posterior triangle first in LC for serious patients with acute gallstone cholecystitis.
