基于“肺主皮毛”理论的“治未病”思想运用

A Brief Analysis on Preventive Treatment of Disease Thought Based on Theory of Lung Controlling Fur

基于＂肺主皮毛＂理论和＂治未病＂思想,从＂未病先防,既病防变,瘥后防复＂三个方面,分析＂治未病＂思想预防于肺系疾病。阐述＂肺主皮毛＂理论渊源与现代医学生理功能及病理特点,总结在证候上主要表现为肺卫气虚证和肺阳虚证。以＂肺主皮毛＂理论为基础,探讨肺系疾病未病时应内调体质,外避诱因,内外兼顾,劳逸结合;欲病时应先安未受邪之地,截病于未传之时;已病后应防止其复发,顺四时,畅情志,和五味,排浊气。为防治肺系疾病提供理论依据。

Based on the＂lung controlling fur＂theory,using the theory of＂prevention of disease＂,from＂preventing before onset,early treatment to prevent deterioration,prevention of the recrudescence＂,it discussed ＂prevention of disease＂thought in the prevention of lung diseases. The theoretical origin of＂lung controlling fur＂and the physiological and pathological features of modern medicine were described,and the main syndromes were lung Qi deficiency syndrome and lung Yang deficiency syndrome. It explored before onset of the disease,we should avoid external incentives,and strike a proper balance between work and rest. When you may be sick,an unaffected place should be settled first and the disease would not be transmitted. After the disease,it should be prevented from relapse,conforming to the rule,regulating emotions,regulating the diet and exhausting Qi,to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of lung disease.
