摘要 目的:通过测定鹿骨、鹿角、鹿髓中无机元素的种类与含量,比较分析鹿骨、鹿角和鹿髓在无机元素上的异同点。方法:采用微波消解法、ICP-MS法,测定鹿骨、鹿角、鹿髓中无机元素的种类及含量。结果:鹿骨、鹿角、鹿髓中均含有Ca、Na、Mg、K、Fe、Al、Ag、Ba、Be、Co、Mn、Mo、Ni、Sb、Th、V、Cr、Zn、Se等19种无机元素,及Cu、Hg、Pb、As、Cd等5种有害元素;所有样品中常量元素均以Ca含量最高;微量元素中以Cr含量最高;鹿骨、鹿髓中的Hg、As、Cd及鹿角中的Cu、Hg、As、Cd含量"超标"。结论:鹿骨、鹿角、鹿髓虽然在无机元素含量上存在差异,但在元素种类上具有一致性;鹿骨中含有丰富的Ca,可作为钙补充剂开发利用;有害元素超标提示鹿骨、鹿角、鹿髓在使用过程中的安全性。 Objective: Through determining inorganic elements of deer bone,antlers and deer pulp in the species and content,to compare and analyze similarities and differences in the inorganic elements of deer bone,antler and deer pulp.Method: Microwave digestion method and ICP-MS method were used to determine the types and contents of inorganic elements in deer bone,antler and deer pulp. Result: Nineteen kinds of inorganic such as Ca,Na,Mg,K,Fe,Al,Ag,Ba,Be,Co,Mn,Mo,Ni,Sb,Th,V,Cr,Zn,Se,Cu,Hg,Pb,As,Cd and other five kinds of harmful elements. All samples contain the highest Ca content for all the major elements. Trace elements in the highest content are Cr,Hg,As,Cd in deer bone,deer pulp and Cu,Hg,As and Cd in antlers are excessive. Conclusion: Although the content of inorganic elements in deer bones,antlers,pulp are different,the types of elements are in consistent. Deer bones are rich in Ca,which can be used as a calcium supplement development and utilization. Excessive harmful elements prompt the safety of deer bone,antlers and deer pulp in use.
