金氏痔疮膏治疗痔疮效果及对促炎因子水平变化的影响

Clinical Analysis of JIN’s Hemorrhoids Ointment on Levels of Proinflammatory Cytokines and Its Clinical Efficacy and Safety

目的：分析金氏痔疮膏治疗痔疮的效果及对促炎因子水平变化的影响。方法：回顾性选取2014年8月—2016年12月医院收治的痔疮患者86例,根据用药不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用口服痔疮胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用口服痔疮胶囊联合局部外用金氏痔疮膏治疗。观察两组患者不良反应情况和治疗前后临床症状评分、炎症因子水平、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和碱性成纤维生长因子（bFGF）水平变化情况。结果：两组患者治疗后脱出、出血、疼痛、水肿及渗液评分均较治疗前改善,观察组患者治疗后各症状评分优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后IL-1和TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降,VEGF和bFGF水平均较治疗前上升（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后IL-1和TNF-α水平均低于对照组,VEGF和bFGF水平均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者不良反应率为9.79%,对照组为11.11%,两组患者不良反应率比较,无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：金氏痔疮膏联合痔疮胶囊治疗痔疮可有效减轻临床症状,降低因子水平,提高VEGF、bFGF水平,且安全性高。

Objective： To analyze the influence of JIN＇s Hemorrhoids Ointment on levels of proinflammatory cytokines in hemorrhoids and the clinical efficacy and safety. Methods： Eighty-six cases of hemorrhoids in our hospital from August2014 to December 2016 were retrospectively selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to different medication. The patients in the control group were treated with oral Hemorrhoid Capsule,and the observation group was treated with oral hemorrhoid capsule combined with JIN＇s Hemorrhoids Ointment. The adverse reactions,the clinical symptom scores,the levels of inflammatory factors,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）and basic fibroblast growth factor（ bFGF） were observed in two groups. Results： After treatment,two groups＇ prolapse,bleeding,pain,edema and exudate score were improved before treatment. The observation group＇s symptoms scores after treatment were better than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of VEGF and bFGF were higher than those before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,the water levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in the observation group wre lower than those in the control group,and the average water levels of VEGF and bFGF wre higher than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate was 9. 79% in the observation group and 11. 11% in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of hemorrhoids with JIN＇s Hemorrhoids Ointment can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of proin-flammatory cytokines,increase the levels of VEGF and bFGF,and have high safety.
