Analysis and Mining of Potential Function of Cinnamomi Cortex

目的：通过文献研究、统计分析、现代药理和临床应用的综合比较分析挖掘肉桂的潜在功能;方法：检索《普济方》数据库获得含肉桂古方所治病症和方剂数量,与历代本草和《中华人民共和国药典》中记载的肉桂功用对较,揭示肉桂古今功用异同,经现代药理学和临床应用佐证,确认肉桂的潜在功能;结果：检索《普济方》数据库获得含肉桂古方5937首和病症62类1338种,分析历代本草学文献梳理肉桂功用14个,与《中华人民共和国药典》所记比较确认潜在功能6个,再经现代药理学和临床应用佐证,最终确定肉桂的潜在功能5个。结论：除被《中华人民共和国药典》收录的基本功用外,肉桂还具有平肝息风、活血消癥、托毒生肌、息风止痉、祛风止痒功能,其止血功能需进一步证实。

Objective： Mining the potential function of Cinnamomi Cortex by literature research,statistical analysis and modern pharmacological and clinical application research; Methods： Gain the ancient function of Cinnamomi Cortex by analyzing the Pujifang database,comparing with the ancient herbs and the Pharmacopoeia of the people＇s Republic of China to found the potential functions that were confirmed by modern pharmacology and clinical application. Results： Searching Pujifang database to obtain 5937 ancient prescription,62 kinds of diseases symptom that the totality is 1338; analyzing ancient herbs to obtain 14 functions,comparing with the pharmacopoeia of the people＇s Republic of China,then,obtain6 potential functions and 5 of which were confirmed by modern pharmacology and clinical application. Conclude： The basic functions have been recorded. the potential functions include calming the liver and relieving the wind,Live blood and eliminate the lump,promoting pus discharge and tissue regenera,Relieving wind and preventing spasmolysis,expelling the wind and stopping itching. But,Its hemostatic function needs further evidence.
