中药熏蒸联合针刺治疗面神经炎疗效及对肌电图的影响分析

The Effect of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Acupuncture on Facial Neuritis and its Effect of Electromyography

目的：探究中药熏蒸联合针刺疗法治疗面神经炎疗效及对肌电图的影响。方法：140例面神经炎患者,按照数字表法随机分组,将其分为对照组、观察组两组,各70例患者,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,观察组采用中药熏蒸联合针刺疗法治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗后临床疗效、肌电图、生活质量评分（QOL）、多伦多面神经功能评分（TFGS）改善情况,并根据House-Braek-mann（H-B）分级法评估患者治疗前后面神经功能级别。结果：观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后的R1潜伏期及CMAP均明显优于治疗前,且观察组治疗后患者的R1潜伏期（9.52±1.55）ms、CMAP（1.45±0.31）m V明显优于对照组患者的（10.39±1.93）ms、CMAP（1.12±0.29）m V,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后QOL评分及TFGS评分均明显高于治疗前,观察组治疗后患者的QOL评分及TFGS评分（88.39±8.12）分、（89.43±9.01）分明显高于对照组治疗后（82.19±7.99）分、（83.13±8.45）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后的面部神经功能分级明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药熏蒸联合针刺疗法治疗面神经炎时,改善肌电图变化,临床疗效显著,促进神经功能恢复,使治疗疗程缩短,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of Self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture on facial neuritis and its effect on electromyography. Methods： 140 cases of facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,70 patients in each group. The control group are given simple acupuncture treatment,and the observation group are treated with Self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture therapy,to compare 2 groups of patients after treatment the efficacy,quality of life score,electromyography（ QOL）,Toronto function score（ TFGS） to improve the situation,and according to the House-Braek-mann（ H-B） before and after treatment of nerve function evaluation of patients with level classification. Results： the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The latency of R1 and CMAP of 2 groups after treatment were significantly better than before treatment,and the observation group of patients after treatment with R1 latentperiod（ 9. 52 ± 1. 55） ms,CMAP（ 1. 45 ± 0. 31） m V was significantly better than the control group with R1 latentperiod（ 10. 39 ± 1. 93） ms,CMAP（ 1. 12 ± 0. 29） m V,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. 2 groups of patients after treatment,QOL score and TFGS score were significantly higher than those before treatment,after treatment the patients of the observation group with QOL score（ 88. 39 ±8. 12） and TFGS score（ 89. 43 ± 9. 01） was significantly higher than the control group with QOL score（ 82. 19 ± 7. 99）and TFGS score（ 83. 13 ± 8. 45）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The classification of facialnerve function in the observation group was significantly better than the control group after treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： self-made fumigation combined with acupuncture therapy can improve the electromyographic changes in patients with facial neuritis,has significant clinical effect,and promotes nerve function recovery,shortens the treatment course and improves the quality of life of patients.
