摘要
目的:探索OSCE在临床药理学PBL教学评价中的应用。方法:应用OSCE考察中国医科大学临床药学专业75名学生对PBL教学与传统教学授课章节知识与技能的掌握情况。结果:OSCE考核结果显示PBL教学显著优于传统教学;考核难度系数0.69,总区分度指数0.44。结论:OSCE适合PBL教学效果评价。
Objective：To explore the application of OSCE in teaching evaluation of clinical pharmacology.Methods：Using OSCE to inspect75 students of clinical pharmacy of China Medical University to master the knowledge and skills of PBL teaching and traditional teaching.Results：The results of OSCE assessment showed that PBL teaching was significantly better than traditional teaching;the assessment difficulty coefficient was 0.69 and the total discriminatory index was 0.44.Conclusion：OSCE is suitable for PBL teaching effect evaluation.
