对西安市某三级医院护理人员失禁性皮炎知信行认知现状的调查分析

Analysis of the status of knowledge, attitude, practice （KAP） of incontinence-associated dermatitis in nursing staff from a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Xi＇an

目的调查护理人员对失禁性皮炎知识、态度、行为现状，为制订护理人员失禁性皮炎培训计划提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法，于2017年10月-2018年1月，使用失禁性皮炎知信行调查问卷对西安市某三级综合医院260名护理人员进行现况调查，使用SPSS24．0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果护理人员失禁性皮炎总得分为（65．92±9．21）分，其中知识得分为（28．45±5．53）分，态度得分为（23．60±4．06）分，行为得分为（13．88±3．49）分。Pearson相关分析表明知识与态度、行为维度呈正相关（r值分别为0．233、0．243；P〈0．01）。多因素回归分析显示工作科室是影响护理人员失禁性皮炎知识和行为的主要因素，教育程度是影响护理人员失禁性皮炎态度的主要因素（P〈0．05）。结论医院护理人员失禁性皮炎知识和护理行为有待提高，护理管理部门应开展有针对性的继续教育培训，临床护理人员应提高自主学习的意识，确保护理质量。

Objective To investigate the state of clinical nurses＇ knowledge, attitude, practice （KAP） of incontinence-associated dermatitis, and to provide the basic data for the training plan of incontinence- associated dermatitis. Methods From October 2017 to January 2018, a total of 260 clinical nurses from a Class Ill Grade A hospital of Xi＇an were selected by stratified random sampling method, and investigated by the questionnaire of incontinence-associated dermatitis KAP. The data were processed with SPSS 24.0 software. Results The total score of the clinical nurse KAP questionnaire was （65.92± 9.21）.The mean scores of knowledge, attitude and practice were （28.45 ±5.53）, （23.60 ± 4.06） and （13.88 ± 3.49） respectively. Pearson correlation analysis described that knowledge, attitude and practice dimension scores were significantly positively correlated （r=0.233, 0.243 ; P 〈 0.01）. Multiple regression analysis showed that the main impact factor of clinical nurse knowledge and practice about incontinence-associated dermatitis was working department. The education degree was the main impact factor about attitude （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The clinical nurses＇ knowledge and practice ability needs to be improved, and the nursing management should strengthen the nurses＇ continuing education training. Clinical nurses should improve their awareness of autonomous learning and ensure the qualitv of nursing.
