校企合作背景下的“职业岗位型”实训项目开发与设计

Development and design of “occupational post type” training project under the background of school enterprise cooperation

针对目前高职计算机网络技术专业实践教学的现状,文章提出了基于校企合作背景下如何整体开发与设计"职业岗位型"实训项目。按照校企合作、工学结合、顶岗实习的实训模式,构建一套完整系统的实训教学方案。企业与学校建立紧密合作,使企业、学校、学生找到共同的目标与利益,形成合力,达到共赢,以提高高职教育质量。

In view of the current situation of the practical teaching of computer network technology in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward a practical training project on how to develop and design a professional post based on the background of school enterprise cooperation. According to the practical training mode of school enterprise cooperation, work study combination and post internship, a complete set of systematic training teaching plan is constructed. Enterprises and schools should cooperate closely to make enterprises, schools and students find common goals and interests, form a joint force to achieve a win-win situation, so as to improve the quality of higher vocational education.
