综合护理干预在老年冠心病患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨综合护理干预方案对改善老年冠心病患者生活质量的效果。方法选取2016年12月~2018年2月100例在我院心内科接受治疗的老年冠心病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预方案,试验组在常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预方案,比较两组的生活质量、社会支持及心理状况。结果试验组的生活质量各维度得分及量表总分、社会支持量表及各维度得分均高于对照组,SAS及SDS评分低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预方案可提高老年冠心病患者的生活质量、社会支持,改善患者的心理健康状态,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention program on improving the quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From December 2016 to February 2018 period, One hundred patients with senile coronary artery disease who were treated in our department of cardiology were selected. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, 50 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention program was administered to the control group patients. A comprehensive nursing intervention program was implemented on the basis of routine nursing care to compare the quality of life, social support,and psychological status of the two groups. Results The scores of quality of life, scores of scale, social support scale and scores of all dimensions in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. SAS score and SDS score were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05））. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention program can improve the quality of life, social support, and improve the mental health status of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
