食品产业是国民经济的支柱产业和保障民生的基础性产业,具有举足轻重的战略地位和作用。本文总结了改革开放以来中国食品产业发展取得的成就和发展背景,分析了全球食品产业发展的战略背景和趋势,研究了中国食品产业发展存在的突出问题和挑战。在此基础上,提出未来中国食品产业发展战略,旨为中国食品产业发展提供理论参考。

Food industry is the pillar industry of national economy and the basic industry to guarantee the people＇s livelihood. In this paper, the achievements and developing background of China＇s food industry since the reform and opening-up were summarized, the strategic background and trends of global food industry were analyzed, and the high- lighting problems and challenges of the development of China＇s food industry were presented. Based on the above, the development strategies of China＇s food industry in the future were proposed, which would provide the theoretical reference for the development of China＇s food industry.
