细胞培养技术是细胞学、遗传学、免疫学、药理毒理学、实验医学和肿瘤学研究最常用的技术之一。为了帮助学生了解细胞培养相关基础知识,掌握一定的细胞培养实验技能,启发学生的科研思维,提高学生实验操作技能,为培养科研兴趣打下良好基础,我们在有限的学时内,对医学专业本科生中开设细胞培养课程进行了初步探索。

Cell culture technology is one of the most commonly used techniques in cytology, genetics, immunology, phalanacology, toxicology, experimental medicine and oneology.
