机器人手术的临床应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的运用文献计量学的方法分析国内外机器人手术相关研究文献,了解机器人手术的临床应用现状。方法计算机检索Web of Science和CNKI数据库,查找国内外机器人手术相关研究文献。运用Citespace 5. 1. R6和Excel 2016分析机器人手术相关研究文献的国家合作关系、发文量、作者、机构、词频、期刊分布、被引频次等。结果目前国际上开展机器人手术研究的国家共有67个,发文量居前列的主要有美国、德国、意大利、中国等,其中以美国的发文量最多,且与其他国家的合作度最高。1999年开始机器人手术研究文献量逐年增加,且国外文献量增长趋势尤为显著。国外机器人手术研究文献的期刊分布种类和被引频次明显多于国内。当前机器人手术研究热点集中于外科手术、泌尿外科、肿瘤等方面。结论机器人手术是当前微创外科学研究的一大热点,主要应用于良性、恶性肿瘤切除,发展速度较快。与国际水平相比,国内机器人手术研究及临床应用相对滞后,主要表现在研究论文数量少、被引频次少及与其他国家的合作度低等方面。 Objective Bibliometric was used to systematically analyze robotic surgery literatures, to summarize the application and current development situation of robotic surgery. Methods We systematically searched Web of science and CNKI to collect literatures about robotic surgery. Citespace 5.1. R6 and Excel 2016 were used to analyze collaboration of countries, number of literatures, distribution of author, organization, key words and journals etc. Results By analyzing collaboration of countries, we found that there were 67 countries to research robotic surgery system, which including America, Germany, Italy, China and Britain etc. And America was the No. 1 in publishing robotic surgery literatures and had the most frequent collaboration with other countries. We also could find that the amount of robotic surgery literatures increased since 1999, and international literatures about robotic operation increased more quickly. Regarding distribution of journals, the number of international journals publishing robotic operation literatures were obviously more than domestic.The research highlights of international and domestic literatures focused on urinary surgery and tumor. Conclusions Robotic operation was a big hot spot in minimally invasive surgery and mainly used to tumorectomy. The research level of robotic operation in our country was relatively lower than international countries, for fewer published articles, fewer citation times and collaborations with other countries.
